Schedule Coordinator

The Aspen Music Festival and School seeks a seasonal Schedule Coordinator to work with students, faculty, and staff to schedule the use of space on the Bucksbaum Campus for lessons, classes, individual practice time, and rehearsals.  This individual also manages the Bucksbaum Campus box office, which receives requests from faculty, staff, and students for day-of tickets to concerts at the Benedict Music Tent and Harris Hall. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years customer service and/or administrative assistance experience required.
  • A high level of organizational ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and an ability to multitask and work effectively and positively with a variety of constituents.
  • Knowledge of classical music and/or experience in the arts is preferred.
  • A commitment to maintaining regular office hours.
  • Knowledge of computers (Microsoft products) and information technology. Experience with ArtsVision is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided as necessary.

Compensation:

Hourly wage, plus summer housing in Aspen.

Duration:

June 10 - August 18, 2019
